Wednesdays are mass immunization days! Block 9 and the Health Center's staff get swamped by the sheer amount of people - young and old - wanting to get their shots taken.
Good job guys! It's just the beginning. Hope to see more posts incuding day to day activities. Btw, let us not forget to observe proper cold chain management of the vaccines. Thanks Sarah for setting this up.
Just saw your comment, Doc! Most of the shots in this post were actually taken after the patients stopped coming in droves, and the shots where we were opening the vaccine carrier box was when it didn't have anything in it anymore (we were actually already cleaning up), so no worries po regarding proper cold chain vaccine handling! :)
